Return and Exchange Policy

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved for a refund, the credit will be applied automatically to your credit card or original payment method within 15 days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:


Check your bank account again.


Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Contact your bank, as there may be some processing time before the refund appears.

Return Fees

If we sent you the wrong item and it is in its original, unused condition, there will be no return fee. However, if you ordered the wrong product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. In the case of defective or damaged products, Teshtesh will cover the return shipping fees.


Returning Damaged Products

To return a damaged product, you need to contact our customer service team by submitting a return request through your account or by calling us at 0597675852. The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused to qualify for return.


Returns for Promotional Products

If you receive a damaged product purchased during promotions, you will receive either a replacement product or store credit of equal value. The product’s value will not be refunded to your bank account.


Cosmetics and Lenses Returns

For your safety, we do not accept returns on cosmetics or lenses, even if they are unopened and in their original condition.


Return Time Frame

You may return products within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. For non-defective products, customers will bear return shipping costs. In case of damaged or defective products, Teshtesh will cover the return shipping.


Processing Time for Returns

The return process may take up to 10 business days for inspection and verification of the product’s condition.


Refund for Damaged Products

Once the damaged product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to your wallet or bank account. If paid via cash on delivery, the refund will be credited as store credit to your wallet.
